DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery service available subject to prior approval and schedule. All deliveries are tailgate only. Customers are required to provide adequate equipment or labor force to unload.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE
Any returned merchandise is subject to a restocking charge of 20% of price billed. Nursery stock is not returnable.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Wholesale only — This price list is intended for the wholesale trade only. Credit Terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice. A service charge of 1 1/2% per month after 30 days, which represents 18% per annual year, will be charged. Any account over 60 days will automatically go on a C.O.D. basis.

Prices: All prices in this list are F.O.B. our nursery, and are subject to change without notice. New accounts are cash or check. Deposits may be required on special orders. Orders over $500.00 will be cash or certified check until credit has been approved. To those with an established record of good payment, we will be happy to grant credit terms after credit approval.

Guarantee: Acceptance of our nursery stock at time of sale is proof of good health.We express or imply no warranty as to the productiveness or life of nursery stock after it leaves our growing areas.

Bad Checks: Anyone submitting a bad check will be charged a $25.00 service charge, and will be put on C.O.D. basis with cash or certified check being only manner of payment.

Quantity Discounts: May not be available on some items, feel free to inquire.

Contractors: Please do not send your customers to inspect plant material unless you plan to accompany them. Children and pets are not permitted in nursery. Tagging of Plant Material: Tags honored for one week only.
